hi, sorry, cannot resist a quick jab....
Since spammers account for 50% of mail volume (or there abouts, I read it somewhere but didn't verify the numbers..) getting rid of spammers would result in a significant inc. of infra performance. To do so is for ALL countries, especially the bot-net prone ones, to legislate against spamming... and enforce it. After all, spammers are basically stealing from the utillities, ie: ppl who steal electricity and water, the law prosecutes these ppl, why not spammers?
