I'm agree perhaps they've implemented most foss on the backend, but, 95%??? is abit too much, it gives me impression that mostly systems are based on foss regardless of front or backend. I used to work for the government(in education) and later provide services for the higher education, I can still see propriety softwares infested most of the systems. Education are still conducted based on those evil propriety softwares mostly with the one with the dollar sign. And one more thing I heavily against is content filtering software, there's a lot of better ways than using those malicious propriety stuffs. Although I am skeptical about the statistic, I still hope we can have better foss penetration and awareness.
