Assalamualaikum and salam sejahtera, Time is not on our side for the coming conference. We really need every community effort to make this happen.
1) Speakers We really need speakers. Fresh new guys and gals that want to share new ideas that related to OSS. You may know someone that done a lot of things in OSS projects. Name them and pujuk them to speak. CFP will be open by next week. 2) Workshop This time around, workshops time will be increase. Hand-on and technical sharing session. Do propose to us. Do highlight and push yourself to conduct the workshop. We need something new. Something that we can teach and expose to the public. Workshop that in our discussion and we want more :- a) Security workshop propose by OWASP Malaysia Chapter. They will invite Cybersecurity to join force. b) HAM Radio and OSS. Detail later. c) and more more and chipsmore (blur already) 3) Join the Core and support team Core team - Need individual that can spend their time day and night for number of tasks. Meeting the prospect sponsors to present and dealing with them. Handling speakers and many more. We need you. We need your time.... Community leaders - we need you in the core team. Support team - Only can spend the time after office and weekends and public holidays. They may have to applied cuti sometimes. Need to be in meeting, IRC and meetup. Volunteers before, during and after conference. OK that all for now.
