aku jangka tmnet tengok terengganu ni dgn mata kecik aje : kuala terengganu = kampung nelayan : takde potential market mungkin pada pandangan tmnet, terengganu adalah negeri miskin (kadar kemiskinan kedua tertinggi selepas sabah), pendalaman (lebuhraya masih belum siap), tidak pandai (bumbung stadium runtuh), tidak sophisticated (remaja mat rempit), ..... dipandang macam hampas aje sebab itu kawasan2 high class suburbs di pilih sebagai q1 2010 seperti ttdi, subang, bangsar, dsb - sebab kawasan2 ini sebaliknya dari terengganu. tmnet bukan lah syarikat visionary yang berusaha membawa perubahan (seperti tun dr mahathir atau airasia). mereka hanyalah sebuah syarikat yang kpi utama ialah maximum revenue dan maximum earnings http://www.tm.com.my/Documents/Ann%20KPI%202010_2011.pdf tapi apakah yg telah tm buat untuk corporate social responsibility ? pusat ict komuniti bescomm di terengganu masih tetap kena bayar harga internet yg sama spt lain-lain organisasi. menurut tm, corporate social responsibility = adopt 5 schools and give free ticket for children to watch f1 at sepang !!!! http://www.tm.com.my/about-tm/cr/community-nation-building/Pages/CommunityNationBuilding.aspx .... dan menjadi penaja utama sukan2 seperti liga bola sepak malaysia (walaupun malaysia ranking 150 dalam dunia), le tour de langkawi (yg org terengganu harumkan nama negara walaupun bukan dalam team pasukan malaysia) bukanlah saya mencadangkan tm menjadi charity organisation, tetapi kalau dah revenue rm 4billion. saya berpendapat lebih banyak perkara yang tm mampu laksana.
