All Please be inform, this meeting is to discuss when and who are going to do things. We are not going to discuss anymore what we want to do. Lets core decided what need to be done and we do what need to be done.
Our idea is to distribute major tasks to community and lead by individual in the community. For example Call for paper lead by FreeBSD/PCBSD group. Website maintainance by Jomlaa and OWASP leading the infra. This example and tasks given at this moments by volunteers. I hope more will come in this meeting and we can assign the tasks to community and help this conference in reality in 2 months time... Nothing is impossible by working together.
