Hi, I am fimiliar with drupal and affiliate module. There is an affiliate module for ubercart, you might already know about this http://drupal.org/project/uc_affiliate2
so you might want to propose your idea here http://drupal.org/project/issues/uc_affiliate2 or are you really want a discrete solution?
