hmm... my wish list for people that i want to hire 1. wants to win every time and hates losing 2. 100% + 20% commitment to quality 3. able to work under a demanding pointy-haired boss (that's me) 4. very ethical, very trustworthy, disciplined and principled (ok to be outspoken) 5. will release codes as open source and face potential criticism and embarrassment 6. has pride in his work (being ego-maniacal also helps) 7. degree 3.0 cgpa 8. already completed a project in php (that's what we do) 9. ok for degree other than cs / it / se .... 10. must come in pairs
