What we are looking is Project Director and Manager for this Conference from the OSS community. The stakeholders or who they are reporting to is OSDC.my community ie people in this list.... Their responsibility generally to setup a full time team that will organize and make this conference happen. Its going to be community effort for the first 6 months and later on for 3 months before the event the team need to be in full time dedicated day and night to do a lot of tasks... Among them. 1) Get the money through sponsorship. 2) Promotion 3) Administration of events The team need co-organised with any OSS Companies or government body agencies willing to be the main sponsors (max 2). In this case, The team need to follow standard and regulation set by the company or agencies you organise with. (Need to maintain check and balance for audit). Open for disscussion. Thank you.
