pada pendapat saya, dalam komuniti terdiri banyak bahagian, developer, debugger, user, dan lain-lain. yang part paling penting adalah bahagian documentation. itu yang paling penting, documentation adalah bagaimana untuk mengajar pengguna untuk menggunakan application tersebut. tanpa dokumentasi, application hebat mcmana pun belum tentu ramai yang akan guna.
