any bioinformatician here?
I'm installing fftw for Fedora (to be used as a prereq to install
GROMACS). However I ran into this one tiny error while installing
GROMACS. It says it cannot find the fftw3f library. I have however
copied everything containing fftw into usr/local/fftw, and changed the
env variables to point to that directory, but there is still the same
error.
Anyone can at least hint me on anything? I might missed out any important point.
