+1 Let's focus on getting the event off the ground. Since we are not in the Public Sector nor are we providing any formal training, having to manage certs will just be draining the resources.
After all, nobody is paid to organise MOSC 2011 right? So since all are volunteers I am unsure we can afford to pile more things on the plate. Just my 2 cents....
