Yes thats the idea. The core team can lobby and arrange the events and workshop, but need organisation from us like KOSTEM to handle the operation like providing venue, training material and such.
As volunteers are limited when moving into larger activities like this. We need much more better operation organisation. KOSTEM is a good platform because every body can involved.
