Im using squid + Dansguardian and to add ACL for time to access combine with squidguard.
Squid can be replace with any proxy. http://www.pps.jussieu.fr/~jch/software/polipo/manual/Other-HTTP-proxies.html For performance refer this setting and suggestions. http://contentfilter.futuragts.com/wiki/doku.php?id=performance_tuning MySurfguard OSCC MAMPU base on that 3 applications and customization to suite Malaysia GOV needs. You can try it.
