Thats for sure. When KOSTEM officially launched, we need strong management team. After Board of Coop, another thing to consider is Internal Audit Committee. They are responsible to manage coop's financial matters; able to do account statement, balance sheet, etc as well as cash budget for KOSTEM. We also should have marketing team and sales team, their roles to market products and services offered by KOSTEM. And the rest will be discuss at meetup.
