LPI is a vendor neutral certification. You need to pass 2 papers at each level e.g. if you pass 101 and 102 you will get the LPI Level-1 certification.
NCLP is Novell's Linux certification which is 100% hands on. RHCE is Red Hat's certification and is heavy on lab.
