Just do it if you want to. I am not being cruel, but I am honest. Sometimes the line can be fuzzy between the two.
Have you seen any one just happy to use Linux as installed? Installing in a VM? If you do VM there will be no issues except for multimedia stuff. Have you considered the fact that people want to get codecs, tutorials etc. Yes you can also use SUSE Studio for creating an ISO, VM image or use an offline repo to reduce the headache. After that how? Updates? Adding/Removing software. You think they will work to read the documentation? Let us be honest shall we? Seeing that the word KOSTEM has been thrown around, the target audience will be mostly Malay. That is OK. But most Malays chaps I know love Celcom 3G so much - considered making that Celcom 3G dongle work with distros? Since OSDCMY is a Debian/Ubuntu majority association - made it work yet with Celcom 3G dongles, especially those with the Qualcomm chipsets? I am not pouring cold water on your efforts, but you must know what to expect. If you have the time. patience and resources, why not? You will not find many who wants to do it.
