Could agree more with this. But it is sad that some people do not think this way. When you volunteer to help them, they expect the exact same thing they get for those support services they paid to those expensive paid softwares. And when you tell them that you are not free and delay to assist them, they dare to scold you like hell, as if they had paid you damn much, although themself know, they din pay a single cent.
