if the tender is coming up soon, then the timeframe will be impossible for kostem. maybe in 2012 it will be possible.
there are lots of oss friendly companies. will just need to be firm and committed on the terms of engagement. dont do it "macam kilang kicap" "kilang kicap" is a new phrase i've picked up - meaning doing things adhoc and whatever is convenient - tho i think the modern "kilang kicap" are more organised and have high quality standards of production.
