Saya ingin cadangkan, - tubuhkan ubuntu-my LoCo council... yang terdiri daripada official ubuntu members dari malaysia.
- wujudkan official ubuntu-my LoCo team member. Dari situ, kita boleh approve, acknowledge dan encourage ahli tersebut untuk lebih banyak menyumbang dalam komuniti. Somehow, official Ubuntu membership adalah dirasakan jauh bagi ahli baru yang tak tahu nak menyumbang macam mana. Mereka juga mungkin rasa gerun bila kena interview dalam bahasa omputih kat official ubuntu Loco council. Dan mereka akan rasa discouraged bila kena reject dengan ubuntu loco council. jadi, untuk melatih ahli baru agar tidak gerun, dan untuk meningkatkan semangat ahli tersebut untuk terus menyumbang pada komuniti dengan cara Malaysia, kita bagi dia official ubuntu-my LoCo membership.... whereby, dia akan dapat email (nickname)@ubuntu.com.my dan macam-macam kelebihan as official member. Beliau kemudian boleh dilatih untuk maju lebih lagi dan dapatkan official ubuntu membership. - walaupun bagi saya, official membership ni takdelah penting sangat untuk saya terus menyumbang pada komuniti. Namun, saya fikir, ramai ahli baru akan rasa lebih bersemangat dan bersatu untuk menyumbang dalam Komuniti Rasmi Ubuntu Malaysia. Mereka akan rasa bahawa mereka adalah sebahagian dari ahli komuniti bila kita acknowledge mereka. Saya lihat kesannya sejak beberapa tahun yang lepas, since beberapa ahli kita cuba nasib (termasuk saya) untuk dapatkan approval sebagai ubuntu member. Bila kena reject, mereka jadi agak slow dan kurang semangat.
