Secara kasar, saya letakkan tanggungjawab ini kepada TM. Dari segi makro, infrastruktur internet kita sudah lama ketinggalan sejak 7 tahun. Tiap2 dua tahun, laporan global competitiveness akan memuji Malaysia dari segi aplikasi egov dan pada masa sama infrastruktur internet yang lemah mencacatkan ranking Malaysia.
Setelah lebih 5 tahun, harga langganan TM Streamyx untuk 1Mbps masih sama, dan kualiti buruk masih sama. Sambil itu TM tergamak untuk membuat capital repayment (pulangan balik modal syarikat).
