The S3C2440 CPU used on the Mini2440 lacks useful timers. So, there is no HRT (high resolution timer) support possible (yet). And I'm not sure, if the RT Preempt extension makes sense without HRT. The answer to your question is: No, there is no planning from our side to add real time support for the Mini2440 board support package.
