This can happen, due to archives disappear from the web from time to time. If 
you still want to use this package just download this archive from somewhere 
else instead (google is your friend) and store it to the folder where PTXdist 
stores all the other archives.

And then start with a "ptxdist get" to see if more packages then this one 
disappeared.

I tried to build your configuration and it continues to fail in some other 
packages. wireshark will fail and PHP5 as well with your configuration. For 
wireshark a patch is already available in the ptxdist-master repo, but not 
for the PHP5. Sorry for the inconvenience. You are a good tester for the 
completeness of the PTXdist...
