Yes I would but I think an Eclipse tips & tricks section would go as an
OSFlash hosted project. And to get such one has to write the suggestion
to this mailing list (what Scott did).
I think a new page has to be granted by the site admins for a new hosted
project otherwise I wouldn't know where to start writing the section.

You can create pages by just navigating to the desired target destination:
Just go to http://osflash.org/doku.php?id=eclipse_tips_and_tricks and use the
"create page".
In fact, I just did exactly that and created a placeholder page under the
mentioned url. The remaining problem is to create links to the page so as to
integrate it with the rest of the wiki.
I would have created an entry in the main navigation, but I don't know how
others would feel about giving the page that much visibility.
Another idea would be to add a link in the Eclipse section of the "Open Source Flash
Projects" page, but then again, a tips & tricks section really isn't an Open Source
project, right?
Anyway, feel free to add content to the placeholder page so as to make it a
useful resource.
