Sounds like there's a problem with invoking the settings manager from within 
Eclipse/ XCode. As this might be a symptom of some bugs with invoking content 
in a new browser window, you should consider using the feedback form to inform 
MM about it.

I published the SWF with his HTML file, then compile with MTASC from XCode (show the alert window and I close it), later I open the SWF from the HTML file in Safari and show again the alert window, but this time when I press "Settings..." this redirect to me to at this Macromedia page to configure my settings.
