Didn't I read somewhere in all the "Flash Platform" docs that the next version of Flash Lite is supposed to compile at the MX level (Flash 6).
(Did I actually see that? Or did I read too much between the lines? Or am I just a dreamer?) If that is true, wouldn't it make more sense to apply man-hours in supporting *that* level of code for Flash Lite output as opposed to having to re-work MTASC to compile wonky Flash 4 code? I assume that either way it will be a difficult task. Why not support the future?
