Try importing the XMI from Enterprise Architect into ArgoUML, and then
re-exporting from ArgoUML.
I've only tested against the XMI generated from ArgoUML, using XMI
version 1.0. The XMI parsing code I wrote is just a lot of XPath stuff,
so most likely things are placed in different nodes. I'd be intereted
in seeing the XMI output from Enterprise Architect...
