u checked force utfbom in the preference.
and asdt will remove the bom from the document representation in eclipse
(yes asdt .. the official eclipse bug fix is a mess and not working correct
and yes i will inform them about that if i have some time)
so we had to change the system file not the eclipse resource
to sync this process the file has to be reloaded.
