Yeah, I should solve that one. It has to do with the source seed for the
perlinNoise, combined with the threshold I use. For now the quick fix is
[CTRL]-[F5] :D

no I think there's a bug, sometimes the clouds never appear, sometimes  
they cover the sky entirely
