I'm working in a project with similar features like you are describing.
I'm using Arp framework to solve form functionalities and behaviours and
I've had the idea to build the form on the fly from an xml file.
I definitely want to take a look how you resolve the layout from an xml
file if I have the chance.
Your framework might be very useful to complement the code I've been
writing.

I basically have a system that uses XML to determine what an object is
(check box, drag item, target for drag item, etc). Behaviors are
attached accordingly. There is a scoring class that all report to.

of getting feedback from the community to improve these tools, I am
pretty much at the wall in terms of objectivity here.
