something like this might be a good candidate for runtime ui generation :

it's basically a 70k xml2swf parser with all the MM V2 components inside,
so users can edit the xml to change the layout,
this is something i do think worth the time/effort generating UI everytime.
but just like other stuff, it's pretty slow and took lengthy initialization time to display the whole UI.
