I just had a guy write to me about having to do this work around for loading the XRay connector first, then initializing his app so that TRACE statements were'nt missed.
THis is exactly why I made the component load first (frame 0) in the Flash IDE.
So, my thought was, couldn't I provide an SWF for MTASC users that has the connector in frame0?
Well, I did a test: I exported a base SWF with the Xray connector in it and did a test in eclipse and sure enough, the connector was alive and well after I checked the -keep option for MTASC ;) I was able to get a trace statement in the main constructor ;)
If anyone has 2 seconds to test this out and let me know how it works, I'd really appreciate it.

I guess my question is: Is using the -keep option something that is a viable solution for everyone?
Thanks for any and all help,
