Xray has logging, but it's no where near the level of LuminicBox and some of the others.  Their focus has always been serious logging.

That said, Xray is really meant to let dig in to the application at runtime with a treeview, datagrid (that you can drill down through objects with), sound/video controller, and runtime AS executer.  You can fully manipulate your flash app at runtime with it in GUI fasion.  Check out the blog sometime:  http://labs.blitzagency.com/?cat=2

That's why I've been working on loading external loggers/tools into Xray.  I'm trying to come up with ways to open up hooks to leverage whatever tools you want to use right there in one interface.
