Nicolas did a great job in fixing some problems in the latest mtasc.
That's always a good reason to update hamtasc. Here are the latest changes

added -rb_check_unused_privates
added -rb_check_local_shadows_member
added -rb_check_local_shadows_member_in_anonymous_function
added actual name of import to "import not used" warning
