No I cannot explain it and no, of course that wouldn't be my definition if I
was in your position.
I have never witnessed them being dismissive nor did they ever ignore any of
my questions or requests - and I am not even a customer. My experience with
FDT and the development team has been very good. 
And before you think I am biased, I haven't got a close relationship with
Powerflasher, all I ever did was exchange some emails with Carlo and some of
his ex-employees. I am merely stating my experience as a contrast to yours.

Since you are the only one I have so far seen complaining about them I would
have to assume that your experiences were an isolated incident.
