consider brazil. here at côdeazur brasil we have this idea of a flash related conference floating in our heads for a long time already, and we have some quite out of the ordinary ideas for it. we have a lot of active flashers here, the government of brazil is *very* open source friendly [1], and.. no, i won't mention the usual stereotypes you all know about brazil. cheers, claus.
