I'd opt for only placing stuff in the "osflash" namespace that's directly
related to osflash.org.
I guess that would boil down to the following structure:

contests:
current (would list the current contests, basically an index page)
mascot:
about
submissions (or gallery)
design:
about
submissions (or gallery)

[some categories here]
[other namespaces not directly associated with osflash.org]
