Hi Robert, I put together this one ages ago <http://www.osflash.org/as2_class_browser> and had intended to extend it to do what you just mentioned above, but I've been too busy.
I'm looking forward to see your plug-in. These days I use PowerFlasher's FDT as my AS editor with Eclipse and it does all this for me by default.
