I’m going to use ActionStep in my next project so any release (event alpha) is really outstanding and wonderful thing J   By the way, do you have XSD or DTD for ASML? The release includes a good number of controls, collection classes, utilities and ASML support (our declaritive language). We've also written a small sample application to get your feet wet. The release can be downloaded from http://actionstep.org Since we've been building our framework based on the Cocoa documentation, these docs provide a good reference for ActionStep.
