hi list, i'm don't know a lot about the 'ExternalInterface' that shipped with flash8, but i had a quick look at the docs, and, communication with javascript seems really easy with this new feature.
and there are lot of examples around...the thing is they all deal with flash to javascript "communication", i think i read that you could make flash communicate with other languages such as C#.... does anyone know i flash can talk to java with this feature ? for the moment i tried to change a text in a small java applet but to do that , i have to first call a javascript function takes care of chaning the applet's text...is it possible to call functions in the java applet (or program) directly ? thanks --- julien _______________________________________________ osflash mailing list [email protected] http://osflash.org/mailman/listinfo/osflash_osflash.org
