with framerate 15 or 18 and without video codec (uncompressed video).
No sound with that application, but speed and quality wise very good
results.
I chose no compression, because compressing needs a lot of cpu, and
that power is needed to keep up with the framerate while capturing.
Later you can compress the video with virtualdub or premiere or ....
Defrag your disk ;)

I've been trying a couple of commercial products or sharewares which

by the way, one told me about a workaround which is to screen capture
the fullscreen anim with some other software, but it looks like the
performances aren't good enough this way, or rather my computer is
just too crappy to do this...
please let me know if you have efficient methods to export (or better:
record) .fla or .swf anims to video.
