I added a new project to the Wiki, named SabreAMF.

The description on the wiki is:

SabreAMF is an AMF client and server for PHP5. The goal of the project
is to create a solid lean AMF library, fully PHP5 E_STRICT-compliant.

It should be easy to integrate in existing business logic and I plan to
release this under a LGPL licence, which allows venders to integrate the
library in their own product.

Right now the hard part is done (understand requests and responding to
them), so the focus now is on a mean API. I put a draft on the wiki, and
I'm looking forward to your suggestions and critics.
