Hey Mike, This is really a question for Aral. He's just now getting back from vacation, and is probably trying to catch up on stuff. I know that Aral is working on delegating some of the project setup responsibilities to other people (I'm supposed to be one), but it does take some time for training on how to do it. Currently John Grden is the only other one that I know of that can do project setups and I know that he's pretty busy today as well.
