Basically, it will not affect the free hosting that OSFlash projects receive as I will continue to host and maintain the OSFlash account. The only things that will change are the URLs that you use to access the online interface and the SVN repositories. The online interface, for all intents and purposes, is identical and there should be zero downtime during the transfer.
