Hi Marcelo,
>Can I easily port my current v2 components to ASWing?
If you need FocusManager function(Tab Key Navigating), it is not completed in AsWing, if you have Tree component in you current project, it's hard to port to AsWing, JTree are not developed yet. If you have DataGrid component, it may be port to JList with a custom ListCell. Then, almost other normal components should be easy port to AsWing. In fact it is easy but not simple, v2 and AsWing are so different.

There are JScrollBar and JScrollPane in AsWing, i think they are what you want.

I'v never package AsWing in a SWC, so i have no idea, but i have tried compile AsWing into a single swf as a DLL. You can search "DLL" in this list archives there are discusses about that.

I must say I´m kinda overwhelmed by the v2 component framework, even
though I´m using it on my current project, I feel that it doesn´t offer
me the resuability and flexibility I want. I though in using ASWing,
seems very good. Currently I´m using ARP2/ARPX as the framework for my
RIA. What do you guys think? Can I easily port my current v2 components
to ASWing? I have many containers and scroller components (like a
thumbViewer), what would be the difficulty of implementing such widget
in ASWing? Can ASWing widgets be packaged in SWC or MovieClip symbols?
Thanks in advance,
Marcelo.
