Or were you interested in their new Production Studio Standard. Sorry, this is also not an upgrade for MM customers. So, all their latest bundles come with Flash Pro.... why can't some of our (mm) latest bundles come with Premiere or After Effects.
Adobe Production Studio Standard Upgrade from Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or After Effects Standard
NOTE:To install this upgrade successfully you will need a licensed version of Adobe Photoshop CS or Photoshop CS2, any version of Adobe Premiere or Adobe Premiere Pro, or Adobe After Effects Standard

So were you all excited when you saw the new Adobe Bundled software being sold. I know I was, because I've always thought that Adobe had some cool video software. So lets read the fine print here. Keep in mind that the red highlight is for pre-existing owners of Adobe software. The Blue is for pre-existing Macromedia sotware. It seems to me that these bundles were for existing Adobe customers to get their hands on our be-loved Flash Pro which all bundles come with. However if you want to get your hands on Adobe software, you have to have pre-existing Adobe software.. There are no upgrades thus far or price-cuts for us mm customers.
Adobe Design Bundle Upgrade

Adobe Web Bundle Upgrade

Adobe Video Bundle Upgrade from Adobe Video Collection Standard or Adobe Video Collection Professional
NOTE: To install this upgrade successfully, you will need a licensed version of Adobe Video Collection Standard or Adobe Video Collection Professional on the same platform as this purchase.

Has anyone noticed the lack of upgrade options for MM users on the adobe bundles. The only bundle that even has an upgrad option is the web bundle which you still need both a MM product and an Adobe Product. The video bundle can only be upgraded if you have Adobe products. The Design bundle can only be upgraded if you have an Adobe product as well. Its almost like Adobe users are getting the chance to have Flash Professional added to their toolset, but MM users will have to buy full purchases to get on the Adobe train. I would think that there would be some type of upgrade plan for the Studio 8 people like myself. Does anyone else get this impression?
