Well... talking with Xavi, you can do that with BitmapCaching if you can use Flash Player 8, that and if you don't need to capture the image in a special exotic way. It's very easy in fact with the image already there, but JPG has loss of quality, so maybe is not so useful for this kind of job.

Anyway, if you still need to interact with special hardware to capture the image, Screenweaver is still the best way (If not, Xavi, go ahead and shoot me)
