Please remember its a wiki. If you feel unsatisfied with the amount of
information provided, there is nothing stopping you from changing it.
Just my two cents worth.

Yes, both osflash.org-hosted and non-osflash.org hosted projects are listed.

Basically I think that developers part of as-yet unlisted projects
should take it upon themselves to list it, and not osflash users per
se.
