what about quicktime??

in flash go to: File > Export Movie... then in the file drop down chose 
Quicktime Movie(.mov). ..

once you ahve the quicktime movie you should be able to convert it into 
an mpeg in quicktime.

you can also export pngs or jpgs from that same menu...
