There is another trouble with this technic on the new version of Geoff : the use of UTF-8 char. When they are escaped from swf source, the return value sent by the javascript is not well unescaped.
As a result, we get é, è, ù ß … not matchable on an expression. Those patterns were working with the previous version, which didn't escape string values from the swf.
