Hello everyone, This is maybe out of topic but here's my problem. My employers would like to find good candidates to fill a few Flash developers/programmers positions. Our office is based in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada (Yes, our primary language is French..). I'm having a very hard time finding some qualified personnel. I thought you'd might have some clues on where to find help, or maybe there's a programmer in the surrounding area who would like to apply.
